This sketch is of Hana Neko, dressed as Lum from Rumiko Takahashi's series, Urusei Yatsura.

If I think really hard about it, Tea Club and Urusei Yatsura share a lot of similar properties. I highly recommend checking it out. It's not Takahashi-sensei's best work artistically, but it can be pretty damn funny and charming in its own right!

(My favorite Takahashi series, as a whole, is probably Maison Ikkoku. The first story arc of Ranma 1/2 rocks, too.)
